Integrated transverse translation system for hoisting splay cable saddle
The invention discloses an integrated transverse translation system for hoisting a splay cable saddle. Comprising an integrated transverse moving portal frame used for transverse translation of left and right splay cable saddles, and a lifting system installed on the transverse moving portal frame. The transverse moving portal comprises two rows of stand columns N1, the bottoms of the stand columns N1 are connected with an embedded steel plate on the top face of the splay cable saddle foundation in a welded mode, the waists of the stand columns N1 in the same row are connected through a parallel connection N4, the tops of the stand columns N1 in the same row are connected through a chord member N2, the parallel connection N4 and the chord member N2 are reinforced through an inclined rod N3, and the two rows of stand columns N1 are connected through a cross beam N6. A transverse rail is mounted on the top surface of the chord member N2, a crown block is arranged on the transverse rail, and the crown block is pulled to transversely move by a transverse moving traction winch mounted at the far end of the chord member N2; the crown block is provided with a vertical moving hoisting main winch used for vertically hoisting the splay cable saddle. The problem that large components are difficult to install in a narrow terrain space is solved, and the influence of a complex terrain space on cable saddle installation is reduced.
