The hydraulic synchronous jacking method comprises the following construction steps that S1, construction preparation is conducted, specifically, a hydraulic control table, a plurality of jacks, a plurality of bed boards, oil pipes, supporting facilities of the oil pipes and limiting stoppers are prepared; s2, laying an operation platform; s3, a jack and a supporting rod are installed; s4, debugging the hydraulic system; and S5, pouring is conducted, specifically, the operation platform is lifted, concrete is poured into the formwork, layered pouring and tamping are conducted during pouring, the height of the concrete is about 500 mm each time, a specially-assigned person is set for commanding, after a circle of concrete is poured, a second layer of concrete is poured and tamped circularly, then pouring continues to be conducted to the top of the formwork, and after the concrete is poured and tamped circularly to the top of the formwork, the platform can enter the normal lifting stage and is lifted in place. The hydraulic synchronous jacking operation is stable, a plurality of force holding points synchronously exert force and are synchronously pressed and jacked, and the whole lifting speed and quality are controllable.
