The invention relates to a prefabricated shear wall system which comprises a prefabricated concrete wall body, a connecting piece and a blocking formwork. A plurality of prefabricated concrete wall bodies are provided; one end of the connecting piece is fixedly arranged on one prefabricated concrete wall body, and the other end of the connecting piece can be connected with the connecting piece of the other prefabricated concrete wall body, so that the two adjacent connected prefabricated concrete wall bodies form a parallel structure or a vertical structure; the plugging template plugs the parallel structure or the vertical structure at the joint, a plugging space is formed between the plugging template and the prefabricated concrete wall body, and the connecting piece is plugged in the plugging space. The prefabricated concrete wall end profile steel has the advantages that the prefabricated concrete wall end profile steel is a part of a component body and is also a mold in the component prefabricating process, and integration of the mold and the structure is achieved; the characteristics of convenient installation, convenient detection and convenient acceptance of the profile steel connection node are exerted, and effective connection between walls is achieved; due to the fact that the section steel joint is used for vertical connection, components form a whole, and external supports are not needed.
