A building template device with a locking device comprises a building template and the locking device arranged on the building template. The building formwork comprises a plate body and a frame arranged on the plate body, the frame is provided with a guide hole and a locking hole with an internal thread section, and the locking device comprises a shell unit fixedly arranged on the frame, a steering unit arranged on the shell unit, a transmission unit and a locking piece arranged on the transmission unit. The steering unit has an input shaft and an output shaft. The transmission unit is movably arranged on the output shaft along the second axis. And the locking piece is provided with a shoulder part, a positioning part and a thread part matched with the internal thread section in shape. After a plurality of building template devices are assembled, the plate body can be kept flat.
