Preparation method and preparation device of fire-resistant gypsum board
The invention discloses a preparation method of a fire-resistant gypsum board, which comprises the following steps: under double-material stirring, adding gypsum powder into a glucose solution, continuously stirring, and reacting calcium sulfate hemihydrate in the gypsum powder with aldehyde groups on glucose micromolecules to form calcium sulfate dihydrate so as to prepare quick-setting fire-resistant gypsum slurry; wherein the glucose micromolecules can form calcium gluconate with calcium sulfate. The preparation device comprises a closed kettle, an air inlet assembly and a rotary discharging assembly. The setting speed and the fire resistance of the gypsum board are both considered; moreover, non-contact stirring and overturning of the slurry are realized, a high-pressure environment is provided for the interior of the reaction kettle through air inlet, and rapid fusion of gypsum powder and water and rapid discharging of the gypsum slurry are realized.
本发明公开了一种耐火石膏板的制备方法,包括如下步骤:在双料搅拌下,将石膏粉加人至所述葡萄糖溶液中,持续搅拌,石膏粉内的半水合硫酸钙与所述葡萄糖小分子上的醛基反应,形成二水合硫酸钙,以制得速凝耐火石膏浆料;其中,所述葡萄糖小分子能够与硫酸钙形成葡萄糖酸钙。还包括其制备装置,包括密闭釜、进气组件、旋转下料组件。发明兼顾了石膏板的凝结速度与耐火性能;且实现对浆料的无接触搅拌、翻转,并通过进气为反应釜内的提供高压环境,实现石膏粉与水之间的快速融合与石膏浆料的快速出料。
