The invention discloses magnesium oxysulfate cement prepared from low-grade mineral raw materials and a preparation method of the magnesium oxysulfate cement, and belongs to the field of building materials. The method comprises the following steps: calcining and grinding low-grade magnesite at 1000 DEG C to obtain 40-70 wt% of light-burned MgO powder, 10-15 wt% of waste sulfuric acid, 15-25 wt% of low-grade boron tailings, 5-20 wt% of solid filler, 1-3 wt% of an additive, 0.2-1.5 wt% of a modifier and 10-30 wt% of water, mixing the low-grade boron tailings with industrial waste sulfuric acid for 0.5-2 hours, and filtering to remove solid residues to obtain a mixed solution of magnesium sulfate and boric acid; adding an additive and a modifier into the mixed solution of magnesium sulfate and boric acid, and stirring and mixing for 2-10 minutes; and adding the light-burned MgO powder and the solid filler into the obtained mixed solution, mixing, and stirring by using a cement mortar stirrer at a low speed for 5-0 minutes and at a high speed for 2-5 minutes to form uniform slurry. The environment-friendly problems that low-grade boron tailings and magnesite are accumulated and wasted and industrial waste sulfuric acid is difficult to treat are solved, and preparation of the magnesium oxysulfate cement with low cost, high performance and high strength is realized.
本发明公开了一种利用低品位矿物原料制备的硫氧镁水泥及其制备方法,属于建筑材料领域。采用低品位菱镁矿经1000℃煅烧研磨得到轻烧MgO粉40‑70wt.%、废硫酸10~15 wt.%、低品位硼尾矿15~25wt.%、固体填料5~20wt.%、外加剂1~3wt.%、改性剂0.2~1.5wt.%、水10~30wt.%为原料,将低品位硼尾矿与工业废硫酸混合0.5~2h,过滤去掉固体渣后得到硫酸镁与硼酸的混合溶液;加入外加剂、改性剂到硫酸镁与硼酸的混合溶液中再搅拌混合2~10分钟;在得到的混合溶液中加入轻烧MgO粉、固体填料混合后利用水泥胶砂搅拌机进行搅拌,低速搅拌5~0分钟,高速搅拌2~5分钟形成均匀的浆体即得。本发明解决了低品位硼尾矿、菱镁矿被堆积浪费以及工业废硫酸难处理的环保问题,并且实现了低成本、高性能、高强度的硫氧镁水泥的制备。
