The invention discloses a preparation method of an efficient acoustic reinforced material, and relates to the technical field of acoustic material preparation, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, weighing powder, an adhesive, an antistatic agent, an anti-freezing agent, a dispersing agent, a surfactant, nitrile rubber, a foaming agent, a filler and water according to a proportion for later use; s2, mixing: stirring and mixing the raw materials to obtain a fine bubble mixture; s3, granulation: carrying out a granulation process by using a micro-injection pump injector and a high-pressure spray granulation or rotor throwing disc process to prepare porous spherical particles; s4, performing freeze drying; and S5, heating and drying: further drying and heating the freeze-dried product to obtain the high-efficiency acoustic reinforcing material finished product. The method is simple in process flow, efficient and good in finished product quality; the efficient acoustic reinforcing material finished product prepared according to the raw material formula is good in appearance sphericity, compact and porous in surface edge structure, good in bonding condition, high in particle strength and good in acoustic performance.
