The invention provides an acoustic reinforcing material, a preparation method thereof and a loudspeaker module. The acoustic reinforcing material is of a doughnut structure, and the projection of the doughnut structure is of a circular ring structure. The ratio of the inner diameter to the outer diameter of the annular structure ranges from 0.2 to 0.6, and the inner diameter ranges from 50 micrometers to 500 micrometers. The preparation method of the acoustic reinforcing material comprises the following steps: mixing a porous material, a binder, polyelectrolyte and water in a weight ratio of 100: (2-10): (0.1-10): (150-350) to obtain slurry; pressurizing, atomizing and drying the slurry to obtain an acoustic reinforcing material; the aperture of the nozzle is 80-500 [mu] m, and the drying temperature is 100-300 DEG C. The invention further provides a loudspeaker module filled with the acoustic reinforcing material. The acoustic enhancement material has high acoustic enhancement capability, material strength and stability, and can effectively avoid the problem of powder falling and make full use of the resonant cavity space of the loudspeaker.
