The invention discloses a large-span simply-supported steel-concrete composite beam bridge floor suspended formwork support and a construction method thereof. The suspended formwork support is structurally characterized in that a strip-shaped through groove transversely formed is formed in the side wall of a first cross beam, and the structures of a second cross beam and the first cross beam are the same; the right part of the first cross beam and the left part of the second cross beam are overlapped, and the through grooves are overlapped; a sliding block is arranged at each of the two ends in the overlapped through grooves; a first bolt penetrates through a through hole in the sliding block and then is fixedly connected with a nut, so that the first cross beam and the second cross beam are connected into a whole; the upper end of the upper connecting rod is detachably connected with the first cross beam; the lower end of the upper connecting rod is in threaded connection with the upper port of the adjusting cylinder; the upper end of the lower connecting rod is in threaded connection with the lower port of the adjusting cylinder, and the first handle is fixed to the outer side wall of the adjusting cylinder. The suspended formwork support can be fully matched with the steel box girder to be installed, and the steel box girder is prevented from being damaged; and adjustment can be carried out, and the operation efficiency is improved.
本发明公开一种大跨度简支钢‑混组合梁桥面吊模支架及其施工方法。该吊模支架包括如下结构:第一横梁的侧壁上具有一条状横向设置的通槽,第二横梁和第一横梁的结构相同;第一横梁右部分和第二横梁的左部分重叠,且两者的通槽重叠;该重叠的通槽中的两端各具有一块滑块;第一螺栓穿过滑块上的通孔后与螺母紧固连接,从而将第一横梁、第二横梁连接为一体;上连杆的上端与第一横梁可拆卸连接,上连杆的下端与调节筒的上端口螺纹连接;下连杆的上端与调节筒的下端口螺纹连接,第一手柄固定在调节筒的外侧壁上。本发明的上述吊模支架不仅能够和钢箱梁充分配合进行吊模支架的安装,避免破坏钢箱梁;还能够进行调节,提高作业效率。
