The invention provides a construction method for treating an underground obstacle pipeline in underground diaphragm wall grooving, which comprises the following steps: a construction worker enters from a maintenance vertical shaft, plugs an engineering air bag into the underground obstacle pipeline at a position 500mm in front of and behind a groove section of an underground diaphragm wall, inflates and pressurizes to block the underground obstacle pipeline in sequence, and then implements wall guide from the ground; a grooving machine is used for digging a groove, the pipeline structure in the groove section range is broken, then groove brushing and bottom cleaning are conducted, steel channels penetrate into a reinforcement cage to fix the reinforcement cage to a guide wall, concrete pouring is conducted in the groove body through a pouring concrete guide pipe, the pouring concrete guide pipe is pulled out after pouring is completed, and the concrete is solidified to form the underground diaphragm wall; and by using the engineering air bag, the loss of groove section retaining wall slurry and poured concrete can be effectively avoided, so that the hole collapse risk of the groove section is reduced, and the construction safety of the groove section and the ground is ensured.
本发明提供一种地下连续墙成槽中处理地下障碍管道的施工方法,施工作业人员从检修竖井进入,将工程气囊塞入地下障碍管道内,其安装位置在地下连续墙槽段前后500mm处,先后充气加压封堵地下障碍管道,再从地面实施导墙,并利用成槽机挖槽,并破除槽段范围的管道结构,而后刷槽、清底后,采用槽钢穿入钢筋笼将其固定在导墙上,通过浇注砼导管对槽体内进行混凝土浇注,完成浇注后抽出浇注砼导管,混凝土凝固形成地下连续墙;使用工程气囊,可有效避免槽段护壁泥浆和浇注的混凝土流失,进而降低槽段塌孔风险、保证槽段与地面施工安全。
