The invention discloses a sea construction site terrace settlement treatment structure which comprises a bottom anti-pulling structure pre-buried in the bottom side of a terrace settlement hole and a reinforcing steel pipe pile inserted into the terrace settlement hole, the reinforcing steel pipe pile is provided with a pile body, shells, a driving rod, a swing rod and anti-pulling teeth, and the shells are installed on the inner side of the pile body; a plurality of open grooves corresponding to the position of the shell are formed in the two side ends of the pile body; the inner sides of the shells are rotationally connected with screw rods, the screw rods are sleeved with nut seats, and the screw rods installed on the inner sides of the two adjacent shells are in transmission connection through a transmission rod; an adjusting groove is formed in the bottom side of the shell, the swing rod is installed in the adjusting groove through a pin shaft, a linear hole is formed in the swing rod, and a sliding shaft capable of freely sliding is arranged in the linear hole. The anti-pulling effect of the steel pipe pile can be improved through the friction barb face on the tooth-shaped structure, the foundation stability of a steel pipe pile foundation is improved, and settlement accidents are avoided.
本发明公开了一种海工地坪沉降处理结构,包括预埋于地坪沉降孔底侧的底抗拔结构以及插于地坪沉降孔内的加固钢管桩,所述加固钢管桩具有桩体、壳体、驱动杆、摆杆与抗拔齿,其中桩体内侧装有多个壳体,桩体两侧端设有与壳体位置对应的多个开槽;所述壳体内侧转动连接有螺杆,螺杆上套装有螺母座,两相邻壳体内侧安装的螺杆之间通过传动杆传动连接;所述壳体底侧设有调节槽,摆杆通过销轴装于该调节槽内,摆杆上设有一字孔,且该一字孔内设有可自由滑动的滑轴。本发明能利用齿状结构上的摩擦倒刺面,以提高钢管桩的抗拔效果,提高钢管桩地基的基础稳固性,避免造成沉降事故。
