The embodiment of the invention provides a precast pile length optimization method in Yellow Panbiquitan plain pile foundation construction. The method comprises the steps that stratum correlation parameters corresponding to a building site in the Yellow Panbiquitan plain are obtained; the building site is divided into a plurality of experiment areas, pile testing is conducted in the experiment areas, and the actual bearing capacity characteristic value of a pile foundation of the test pile is obtained through a static load test; calculating single pile bearing capacity characteristic values of pile lengths corresponding to a plurality of drill holes according to actual stratum correlation parameters of the prospecting drill holes; the calculated single-pile bearing capacity characteristic value is compared with actual bearing capacity characteristic values of test pile foundations in a plurality of experiment areas, inversion optimization adjustment is conducted on the side friction resistance and the end resistance of the pile in combination with a static sounding test in a building site, and stratum pile foundation parameters corresponding to each drilled hole are corrected; and according to the adjusted stratum pile foundation parameters, the pile foundation bearing capacity characteristic value of the drilled hole is worked out in a trial mode, and a pile foundation bearing capacity contour cloud picture is drawn. The use amount of precast pile foundations can be saved, and the construction cost is reduced.
本发明实施例提供了一种黄泛平原桩基施工中预制桩桩长优化方法,该方法包括:获取黄泛平原中建筑场地对应的地层关联参数;将建筑场地划分出多个实验区域,在多个实验区域进行试桩,并通过静载试验获得试桩桩基的实际承载力特征值;根据勘察钻孔的实际地层关联参数,计算出多个钻孔相应的桩长长度的单桩承载力特征值;将计算出的单桩承载力特征值与多个实验区域中试桩桩基的实际承载力特征值进行对比,结合建筑场地中的静力触探试验,对桩侧摩阻力及端阻力进行反演优化调整,修正每个钻孔对应的地层桩基参数;根据调整后的地层桩基参数,试算出钻孔的桩基承载力特征值,并绘制桩基承载力等值线云图。本发明能够节约预制桩桩基用量,减少施工成本。
