The invention relates to an OSB (oriented strand board)-based electric heating floor capable of releasing negative oxygen ions, which structurally comprises a surface layer, a core layer, surface layer paint and a back plate added after a bottom layer coating, the core layer shaving board is of a three-layer composite floor structure, the core layer is a jointed board, and the bottom layer coating comprises 2-5% of tourmaline powder, 15-25% of flour, 25-35% of talcum powder, 8-12% of white latex, 1-3% of cellulose, 15-25% of anhydrous cupric sulfate powder and water; anhydrous cupric sulfate is added into the prime paint, so that an electric heating device is well protected; a large number of inorganic materials are used in the prime paint, radiation generated by electric heating and geothermal heating is well absorbed and blocked, the electric heating floor has high flame-retardant efficiency, tourmaline powder attached to the secondary surface layer of the floor is heated to the optimal working state along with use of the electric heating and geothermal heating floor in the use process, negative oxygen ions are excited, and the electric heating and geothermal heating effects are improved. The effects of purifying air and removing formaldehyde are achieved.
