The invention discloses polycrystalline high-whiteness daily reinforced porcelain and a processing method thereof, and relates to the technical field of reinforced porcelain, and the processing method comprises the following steps: preparing raw materials, fully mixing the raw materials, molding the mixed raw materials, and firing the molded raw materials. The preparation method comprises the following steps: putting talc, aluminous stone powder, high feldspar powder, kaolin and water into a stirring device according to a rated ratio, fully stirring to form a soft mud block, forming the mud block through artificial hand feeling to form a specific ceramic shape, and finally putting the formed ceramic into a heating furnace for firing, thereby completing the preparation of the reinforced porcelain. The problems that according to an existing reinforced porcelain processing method, common clay, talc and other materials are adopted for firing, mixing of the materials is insufficient, and consequently the strength of the fired reinforced porcelain is insufficient are solved, and the purpose that the strength of the fired reinforced porcelain is insufficient by adding aluminum stone powder and high feldspar powder into traditional ingredients and adopting kaolin is achieved. The strength of the porcelain is improved.
本发明公开了一种多晶高白日用强化瓷及其加工方法,涉及强化瓷技术领域,包括准备原材料、将原材料进行充分混合、对混合好的原材料进行成型、将成型的原材料进行烧制。本发明通过将滑石、铝质石粉、高长石粉、高岭土、水按照额定的比例放入搅拌装置内,进行充分搅拌,形成松软的泥块,再通过人工手感对泥块进行成型,形成特定的陶瓷形状,最后将成型的陶瓷放入加热炉进行烧制,即可完成强化瓷器的制作,解决了现有的强化瓷加工方法采用普通黏土以及滑石等材料进行烧制,且材料之间的混合不够充分,导致出现的烧制出的强化瓷强度不够的问题,达到了通过在传统配料里添加铝质石粉、高长石粉以及采用高岭土的方法,提高瓷器强度的效果。
