The invention relates to a pile pressing beam which comprises a prefabricated concrete beam body (1) and is characterized in that a clamping groove (11) capable of being clamped at the top of a sheet-pile wall is formed in the bottom of the concrete beam body (1), and a plurality of connecting through holes (12) are formed in the concrete beam body (1) at intervals in the length direction. The concrete beam body can be conveniently clamped at the top of the sheet-pile wall through the clamping groove in the bottom of the concrete beam body, so that pre-positioning is realized; due to the arrangement of the connecting through holes, the connecting parts can be conveniently inserted and fixed into the connecting through holes so as to be firmly and fixedly connected with the sheet-pile wall; the concrete beam body is prefabricated and can be quickly and conveniently used on the sheet-pile wall. The invention further relates to a sheet-pile composite wall and a mold for manufacturing the pile pressing beam.
