The invention relates to an integrated closure and purification regulation and storage pond which comprises a closure area, a regulation and storage area and a purification area which are sequentially connected, the closure area comprises a water inlet pipe, a sewage outlet pipe and a rainwater outlet pipe, and the closure area is connected with the front end of the regulation and storage area through a water inlet and a water outlet, so that water in the closure area can be input into the regulation and storage area and returns to the closure area from the regulation and storage area; the sewage outlet pipe, the water inlet and the water outlet are all provided with flexible cut-off devices which are used for automatically controlling opening and closing of the sewage outlet pipe, the water inlet and the water outlet according to the water quality condition in the cut-off area; the rear end of the regulation and storage area is connected with the purification area through a first submersible sewage pump, the purification area comprises a purification device and a second submersible sewage pump which are sequentially arranged, the purification device is used for purifying water in the purification area, and an outlet of the second submersible sewage pump is connected with a recovery pipeline and used for outputting the purified water.
