Hot-mixed epoxy asphalt paving material for airfield pavement and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a hot-mixed epoxy asphalt pavement material for an airport pavement and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: 1, drying aggregates, proportioning in proportion, and preserving heat; 2, respectively heating the epoxy resin, the curing agent and the matrix asphalt; 3, uniformly mixing the aggregates to obtain mixed aggregates; 4, uniformly mixing the heated epoxy resin with a curing agent, then adding the mixture into the heated matrix asphalt, and uniformly stirring to obtain epoxy asphalt; 5, putting epoxy asphalt into the mixed aggregate, and thermally stirring to obtain a mixture; and 6, paving, rolling and molding the mixture, and curing to obtain the hot-mixed epoxy asphalt paving material. The heated epoxy resin and the curing agent are subjected to irreversible reaction to form a three-dimensional spatial network structure to wrap the matrix asphalt, so that the matrix asphalt is converted from thermoplasticity to thermoset, and the hot-mixed epoxy asphalt pavement material shows high strength, good high temperature resistance, excellent chemical corrosion resistance and fatigue resistance; the method is suitable for existing airport pavements.
本发明公开了一种机场道面用热拌环氧沥青铺装材料及其制备方法,该方法包括:一、将各集料烘干后按比例配料并保温;二、将环氧树脂与固化剂、基质沥青分别加热;三、将各集料混匀得到混合集料;四、将加热后的环氧树脂与固化剂混匀,然后加入加热后的基质沥青中拌匀得到环氧沥青;五、将环氧沥青投放到混合集料中热搅拌得到混合料;六、将混合料摊铺碾压成型后养生得到热拌环氧沥青铺装材料。本发明利用加热后的环氧树脂与固化剂不可逆反应形成三维立体空间网络结构包裹基质沥青,使其从热塑性转变为热固性,从而热拌环氧沥青铺装材料表现出高强度、良好的耐高温性能、优异的耐化学侵蚀性和抗疲劳性能,适用于现有机场道面。
