Hollow pile post-grouting device and pile bottom post-grouting method thereof
The invention provides a hollow pile post-grouting device and a pile bottom post-grouting method thereof.The hollow pile post-grouting device conducts grouting through a lifting grouting mechanism in a hollow pile, the lifting grouting mechanism comprises a grouting pipe and a grouting head detachably connected to the bottom end of the grouting pipe, and a grouting channel is formed in the grouting head and connected with the grouting pipe; and a grout outlet hole is formed in the outer surface of the grouting head and connected with the grouting channel, and after pile bottom grouting is completed, connection between the grouting pipe and the grouting head is removed, and the grouting pipe is recycled. The lifting grouting mechanism is adopted for conducting pile bottom grouting, and the grouting pipe is recycled after pile bottom grouting is completed. By the adoption of the grouting method, the influence of grouting on pile pressing construction is reduced, and meanwhile the grouting pipe can be reused.
本发明提供了一种中空桩后注浆装置及其桩底后注浆方法,中空桩后注浆装置通过中空桩内的升降注浆机构进行注浆,升降注浆机构包含有注浆管以及可拆卸连接在注浆管底端的注浆头,注浆头内部设有注浆通道与注浆管相连,且在注浆头外表面设有出浆孔与注浆通道相连,桩底注浆完成后解除注浆管与注浆头的连接并回收注浆管。本发明采用升降注浆机构进行桩底注浆,桩底注浆完成后回收注浆管。采用该注浆方法减少了注浆对压桩施工的影响,同时注浆管可以重复利用。
