The invention relates to the technical field of grouting, in particular to a pile bottom post-grouting construction device and a method thereof.The pile bottom post-grouting construction device comprises a grouting pipe which is connected with a reinforcement cage and used for pier pile hole grouting, a plurality of grout outlet holes are formed in the lower end of the grouting pipe, and a bottom cover is welded to the lower end of the grouting pipe; a pressurizing mechanism for applying pressure to the cement paste is arranged in the mud jacking pipe in a sliding manner; in the process that the pressure applying mechanism injects water to apply pressure to cement grout in the grouting pipe to discharge the grout, the driving mechanism is driven to work and is linked with the foam breaking mechanism, a hard iron needle of the foam breaking mechanism is driven to do reciprocating up-and-down motion and axial rotation at the same time, and foam breaking work is carried out on the cement grout entering a gap of a round gravel layer. And when the grouting pipe is blocked and pressurized, the pressure is relieved through the pressure relief mechanism, the pressurization mechanism can be stopped in time, the driving mechanism and the foam breaking mechanism are made to stop working, and grouting is stopped in time.
