Artificial stone manufactured from waste slag and manufacturing method thereof
The invention relates to an artificial stone prepared from waste slag and a preparation method thereof. The artificial stone is prepared by mixing Portland cement, waste slag, fly ash, a reinforcing agent and a fiber polymer material, the manufacturing method of the artificial stone comprises the following steps: S1, slurry preparation: uniformly mixing and stirring the reinforcing agent, the Portland cement, the waste slag and the fly ash; s2, adding water and stirring: injecting a proper amount of water into the slurry, and stirring and mixing; s3, standing and defoaming: standing and defoaming for about 30 minutes; s4, preparing a mixture: adding a fiber high polymer material, and stirring and mixing again; s5, injection molding and pressing: pouring the fully stirred mixture into a mold, and performing compression molding by using a high-pressure gravity machine; and S6, curing and demolding: demolding after standing and completely drying to obtain a pre-finished product, so that the waste slag can be turned into wealth, and the method has the advantages of no energy consumption and simple process flow.
