The embodiment of the invention provides a ceramic processing method. The ceramic processing method comprises the following steps: manufacturing a biscuit semi-finished product; mounting the biscuit semi-finished product on a numerical control machine tool, and rotating the biscuit semi-finished product; parameters of the numerical control machine tool are adjusted, so that a cutter on the numerical control machine tool runs according to a target track, and the biscuit semi-finished product in the rotating state is engraved and shaped; decorating and glazing the engraved and shaped biscuit semi-finished product; and sintering the glazed biscuit semi-finished product to form a finished product. According to the ceramic machining method, the product machining precision can be remarkably improved, and the deformation rate of a finished product is reduced.
