Basalt and glass powder geopolymer and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of solid waste treatment and mineral resource utilization, and provides a basalt and glass powder geopolymer and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing basalt powder, glass powder and an alkali activator solution according to certain parts by weight; sealing, curing for 24-72 hours at 70-80 DEG C, and demolding; and curing at 25-30 DEG C for 7-28 days, or curing in a microwave oven for 3-15 minutes to obtain the geopolymer material. The prepared geopolymer has good mechanical properties, and the microwave curing preparation mode is adopted, so that the curing period of the basalt and glass powder geopolymer is remarkably shortened. The invention also provides a new way for resource utilization of basalt and waste glass.
本发明涉及固体废弃物处理和矿产资源利用领域,提供了一种玄武岩与玻璃粉地质聚合物及其制备方法。本发明将玄武岩粉、玻璃粉、碱激发剂溶液按照一定的重量份数混合均匀;然后密封置于70~80℃下固化24~72h后脱模;并通过在25~30℃下养护7~28天,或在微波炉中养护3~15分钟后,得到地质聚合物材料。本发明所制备的地质聚合物具有有良好的力学性能,所采用的微波养护的制备方式,显著缩短了玄武岩与玻璃粉地质聚合物养护周期。本发明同时提供了一种玄武岩及废玻璃的资源化利用的新方式。
