The invention discloses an early-strength permeable crystallization type grouting material for filling lining holes of an operating tunnel and a preparation method of grouting slurry. The grouting material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 650-850 parts of Portland cement; 100 to 200 parts of a rapid hardening agent; 5-10 parts of fumed silica; 3-6 parts of a water reducing agent; 0.2 to 0.5 part of a stabilizing agent; 0.2 to 0.5 part of a plastic expanding agent; 50 to 100 parts of a shrinkage-compensating expanding agent; 0.2 to 1 part of a retarder; 0.3 to 0.8 part of a defoaming agent; and 5-15 parts of a capillary crystalline agent. The early-strength capillary crystalline grouting material for filling the lining cavity of the operating tunnel is high in flow state, micro-expansive, good in cavity filling property, high in early strength and excellent in capillary crystalline waterproof effect, meets the construction requirements of filling and repairing the lining cavity of the operating tunnel, and has a good treatment effect on water leakage of lining concrete.
