Preparation method of self-healing gradient anti-oxidation coating on surface of ceramic-based composite material
The invention relates to the technical field of composite material coatings, in particular to a preparation method of a self-healing gradient anti-oxidation coating on the surface of a ceramic-based composite material. The method comprises the following steps: according to the type of a surface defect, smearing a corresponding slurry precursor on the surface defect of a ceramic matrix composite workpiece for leveling treatment to obtain a repaired ceramic matrix composite workpiece; and depositing a gradient anti-oxidation coating on the surface of the repaired ceramic matrix composite workpiece by adopting a pulse chemical vapor deposition process. The preparation method of the self-healing gradient anti-oxidation coating on the surface of the ceramic-based composite material aims to solve the problems that the coating is easy to fall off in a repairing area of the composite material and the service life is short.
本发明涉及复合材料涂层技术领域,具体涉及一种陶瓷基复合材料表面自愈合梯度抗氧化涂层的制备方法。该方法包括:根据表面缺陷的类型,采用对应的浆料前驱体涂抹在陶瓷基复合材料制件的表面缺陷处进行平整化处理,得到修复好的陶瓷基复合材料制件;采用脉冲化学气相沉积工艺在修复好的陶瓷基复合材料制件的表面沉积梯度抗氧化涂层。该陶瓷基复合材料表面自愈合梯度抗氧化涂层的制备方法的目的是解决涂层在复合材料的修复区域易脱落、服役寿命短的问题。
