The invention discloses a preparation method of a gradient anti-oxidation coating on the surface of a C/C composite material, which comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing a C-coated ZrB2-SiC inner coating by using a spark plasma sintering method; secondly, borosilicate glass and nano ZrO2 powder are mixed into silica sol, slurry is formed through mechanical mixing and brushed on the C-coated ZrB2-SiC inner coating, and the C-coated ZrB2-SiC inner coating is put into a drying oven to be pre-dried after being repeatedly brushed for three times; and finally, putting the pre-dried sample into a tubular furnace, carrying out nondestructive film forming treatment in a vacuum environment according to a preset program, and cooling to room temperature after the treatment is finished to obtain the C-coated ZrB2-SiC-coated CG coating. According to the invention, the problems of self-damage of a formed film, degradation of a coating structure and the like in a conventional anti-oxidation coating protection technology and an existing pre-oxidation film forming technology are solved, the process is simple, the applicability is high, the film is formed without damage, the anti-oxidation protection effect is remarkable, the film forming loss of the coating is avoided, the protection effect of the coating is improved, and the service life of the coating is prolonged. And the coating structure degradation caused by oxidation self-damage is effectively prevented, the formation of an oxygen diffusion channel in an intrinsic structure is avoided, and the protection aging of the coating is improved.
本发明公开了一种C/C复合材料表面梯度抗氧化涂层的制备方法,首先,利用放电等离子烧结法制备C@ZrB2‑SiC内涂层;其次,将硼硅玻璃与纳米ZrO2粉体混合进硅溶胶中,通过机械混合形成浆料并涂刷在C@ZrB2‑SiC内涂层上,重复涂刷3次后放入烘箱预干燥;最后,将预干燥后的样品放入管式炉在真空环境下按预设程序进行无损成膜处理,处理结束后冷却至室温得到C@ZrB2‑SiC@CG涂层;本发明克服了常规抗氧化涂层防护技术以及现有预氧化成膜技术中存在成膜自损、劣化涂层结构等问题,工艺简单、适用性强、无损成膜、抗氧化防护效果显著,避免了涂层成膜损耗引,提升了涂层的防护效果,有效防止氧化自损造成的涂层结构劣化,避免了本征结构中氧气扩散通道的形成,提高了涂层的防护时效。
