Viscosity reduction type polycarboxylic acid slump retaining agent and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a viscosity reduction type polycarboxylic acid slump retaining agent and a preparation method thereof. The viscosity-reducing polycarboxylic acid slump retaining agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-15 parts of phenyl phosphate; 75 to 15 parts of unsaturated polyether; 5 to 15 parts of unsaturated hydroxyl ester; 0.5 to 2 parts of unsaturated acid A; 2-10 parts of a crosslinking monomer; 1-3 parts of an oxidizing agent; 1-3 parts of a reducing agent; 1-5 parts of a chain transfer agent; and water. Phenyl phosphate is introduced into a side chain of the viscosity reduction type polycarboxylic acid slump retaining agent, and the phenyl phosphate on the side chain has a cyclic structure, so that the steric hindrance effect of the viscosity reduction type polycarboxylic acid slump retaining agent is improved, and the viscosity of concrete is reduced. In addition, a phosphate group generated after phenyl phosphate hydrolysis has a retarding effect, so that the setting time of concrete can be prolonged, concrete cracks are reduced, and carboxyl-containing molecular chains released after phenyl phosphate hydrolysis adsorb concrete for the second time, so that a slump retaining effect is achieved.
