Vacuum infusion flame-retardant resin and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a vacuum infusion flame-retardant resin and a preparation method thereof. The vacuum infusion flame-retardant resin comprises the following components or a reaction product of the following components: 100 parts by weight of isocyanate; 5-300 parts by weight of epoxy resin; 0.1-5 parts by weight of a catalyst; the flame retardant comprises at least one of a nitrogen element, a phosphorus element and a silicon element, and the viscosity of the liquid flame retardant at 25 DEG C is less than 1000 mPas. According to the vacuum infusion flame-retardant resin provided by the invention, through the synergistic effect of the intrinsic flame retardant and the liquid flame retardant, a good flame-retardant effect is achieved, the viscosity of a resin system is low, the technological operability and the carbon fiber impregnation effect are improved, and the vacuum infusion flame-retardant resin has a relatively high glass-transition temperature and can be used for preparing a flame-retardant material. The requirements of vacuum infusion flame-retardant resin on processing property, flame-retardant property and use temperature can be met at the same time.
本发明提供一种真空灌注阻燃树脂及其制备方法,所述真空灌注阻燃树脂包括下述组分或下述组分的反应产物:异氰酸酯100重量份;环氧树脂5~300重量份;催化剂0.1~5重量份;液体阻燃剂1~100重量份,其中,所述液体阻燃剂中含有氮元素、磷元素和硅元素中的至少一种元素,且其在25℃时的粘度小于1000mPas。本发明提供的真空灌注阻燃树脂通过本征阻燃和液体阻燃剂的协同作用,实现了良好的阻燃效果,树脂系黏度低,有利于提升工艺操作性和对碳纤维浸渍效果,并且具有较高的玻璃化转变温度,可以同时满足真空灌注阻燃树脂对工艺性能、阻燃性能和使用温度的要求。
