Preparation method of flame-retardant resin ornament
The invention relates to the technical field of polyester resin, in particular to a preparation method of a flame-retardant resin ornament. The technology comprises the steps of mold production, grouting, bottom grinding, repairing and inspection, coloring, warehousing and inspection. The hollow microbeads and the porous glass microbeads are used for filling the unsaturated polyester resin, and the silane coupling agent is used for improving the interface bonding between the microbeads and the resin, so that the microbeads and the resin are better bonded; therefore, light weight and energy conservation of the resin ornament are achieved; the flame-retardant resin ornament prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention has relatively good bending strength and hardness; the corrosion resistance of the prepared flame-retardant resin ornament is remarkably improved compared with that of existing resin crafts, and the flame-retardant resin ornament is not prone to mildew, corrosion and deformation and can be used for a long time.
本发明涉及聚酯树脂技术领域,具体关于一种阻燃性树脂摆件的制备方法;本发明工艺为:生产模具、注浆、磨底、修补及检验、上色、入库及检验;本发明采用中空微珠、多孔玻璃微珠,来填充不饱和聚酯树脂,并使用硅烷偶联剂改善微珠与树脂的界面结合,使微珠与树脂更好的结合;从而达到树脂摆件的轻量化和节能化;本发明制备的阻燃性树脂摆件,具有较好的弯曲强度及硬度;本发明制备的阻燃性树脂摆件,耐腐蚀性能比现有树脂工艺品有显著的提高,不易霉变、腐蚀、变形,可长期使用。
