The invention provides a vertical pre-stressed pipeline communication grouting device which comprises a grouting device body, the grouting device body comprises a first pre-stressed pipeline, a second pre-stressed pipeline and blocking mechanisms, and the top of the first pre-stressed pipeline and the top of the second pre-stressed pipeline are each provided with an independent blocking mechanism. The side edge of the plugging mechanism is connected with an injection port, the grouting pipe is communicated with external concrete conveying equipment, and the bottom end of the first prestressed pipeline and the bottom end of the second prestressed pipeline are each provided with a bottom mounting plate. The top air of the prestressed pipeline can be completely exhausted through the open state of the top, the grouting quality is improved, the first communication mechanism and the second communication mechanism are arranged at the bottom, after the first communication mechanism is blocked, the second communication mechanism can be automatically triggered to be started, and the grouting process can be smoothly completed.
