Vertical seam grouting method for prefabricated part
The vertical seam grouting method comprises the following steps that S1, the prefabricated parts are hoisted to form a prefabricated assembly type wind power foundation, rubber strips are arranged on the adjacent faces of the prefabricated parts along the contours, grouting openings are formed in the top positions, and vertical seam cavities are formed; s2, a water filling test is conducted on the vertical seam cavity, the sealing performance of the rubber strip is checked, and it is guaranteed that the vertical seam cavity does not leak water; s3, slurry preparation, transportation and storage; s4, four rounds of grouting operation are conducted on all the vertical seam cavities, the grouting amount of each round of grouting operation in the single vertical seam cavity is 1/4 of the total grouting amount of the single vertical seam cavity, and grouting operation of the same slurry amount is conducted on all the vertical seam cavities in each round of grouting operation; and S5, after grouting operation is finished, surface maintenance operation is conducted immediately. A segmented circulating grouting mode is adopted, the grouting pressures of all the vertical seams are balanced in the grouting process, and components can be prevented from laterally moving.
本发明公开了一种预制构件的竖缝灌浆方法,包括以下步骤:S1、预制构件吊装形成预制装配式风电基础,各个预制构件之间的相邻面沿轮廓设置橡胶条,并在顶部位置开设灌浆开口,形成竖缝腔体;S2、对竖缝腔体进行灌水试验,检查橡胶条密封性,保证竖缝腔体不漏水;S3、浆料制备及运输保存;S4、对所有竖缝腔体进行4轮灌浆作业,每轮灌浆作业在单个竖缝腔体中的灌浆量为单个竖缝腔体总灌浆量的1/4,每轮灌浆对所有竖缝腔体进行相同浆料量的灌浆作业;S5、灌浆作业结束后立即进行表面养护作业。本发明采用分段循环灌浆的方式,灌浆过程中各个竖缝的灌浆压力彼此平衡,可防止构件产生侧移。
