The invention relates to the technical field of floor heat-insulation construction, and discloses a heat-insulation lightweight aggregate concrete floor green construction method which comprises the following steps: processing a reinforced concrete floor base layer; a walking type roughening machine is adopted for cleaning the reinforced concrete floor base layer; watering the reinforced concrete floor before paving the surface layer to keep the reinforced concrete floor wet; a thickness control line is flipped, a mortar cake is used for targeting according to the thickness line, and the mortar cake is made of a fine aggregate concrete material through a mortar cake forming mold; the contact position of the ash cake and the base layer is kept wet before the lightweight aggregate concrete is poured; and preparing the lightweight aggregate concrete slurry. The thermal-insulation lightweight aggregate concrete prepared by the invention can effectively avoid the problems of hollowing and flaking of a thermal-insulation lightweight aggregate concrete floor, can further improve the impermeability of the concrete, and greatly improves the corrosion resistance of the concrete.
本发明涉及楼面保温施工技术领域,公开了一种保温轻骨料混凝土楼面绿色施工方法,其包括以下步骤:钢筋混凝土楼面基层处理;采用手扶式打毛机对钢筋混凝土楼面基层进行清理;铺设面层前向钢筋混凝土楼面浇水使其保持湿润;弹厚度控制线,按厚度线用灰饼打靶,所述灰饼由利用灰饼成型模具由细石混凝土材料制成;在浇筑轻骨料混凝土之前保证灰饼与基层接触位置湿润;轻骨料混凝土浆料的制备。本发明制备的保温轻骨料混凝土可以有效的的避免保温轻骨料混凝土楼面的空鼓、起壳问题,能够进一步提升混凝的抗渗性能,极大地提高混凝土的耐腐蚀性。
