The invention relates to a green construction method for a heat-insulating lightweight aggregate concrete floor, which comprises the following steps: step 1, cleaning the surface of a concrete base layer of the floor to keep the surface in a clean and tidy state, and then spraying water on the surface of the concrete base layer until the concrete base layer is kept wet; step 2, preparing components of the lightweight aggregate thermal insulation layer, and uniformly mixing the components to form a mixture, namely lightweight aggregate thermal insulation layer slurry; 3, the surface of a concrete base layer is coated with the lightweight aggregate heat preservation layer slurry, water is sprayed for maintenance for at least 7 days, and construction is completed. The thermal insulation layer constructed by the method is improved on the basis of an inorganic vitrified microbead thermal insulation system, the obtained thermal insulation layer has the fireproof advantage of the inorganic vitrified microbeads, the thermal insulation performance of the inorganic vitrified microbeads is enhanced, and meanwhile the thermal insulation layer has higher strength and better durability performance compared with traditional thermal insulation concrete.
本发明涉及一种保温轻骨料混凝土楼面绿色施工方法,包括:步骤1,将楼面的混凝土基层的表面进行清洁处理,使其表面保持干净整洁状态,然后在混凝土基层的表面喷水至混凝土基层保持湿润;步骤2,准备轻骨料保温层的成分,将各成分混合均匀形成混合料,即轻骨料保温层浆料;步骤3,将轻骨料保温层浆料涂覆在混凝土基层的表面,洒水养护至少7天,即完成施工。本发明施工的保温层是在无机玻化微珠保温体系的基础上改进,得到的保温层既具有无机玻化微珠的防火性优势,又增强了其保温性能,同时还比传统的保温混凝土具有更高的强度,耐久使用性表现也比较好。
