The invention provides a prefabricated rectangular jacking pipe and a construction method thereof and relates to the technical field of jacking pipe engineering. The construction method comprises thefollowing steps of S1, prefabricating a U-shaped splicing segment, wherein the U-shaped splicing segment is provided with two parallel arms, and channels penetrating corresponding arms are arranged inthe two arms; S2, splicing the U-shaped splicing segment to form a pipe joint, specifically, splicing a plurality of U-shaped splicing segments end to end successively to obtain a pipe joint of a closed structure; and S3, splicing the pipe joint to form the jacking pipe, wherein the end to end splicing specifically comprises inserting an anchoring rod into each channel, and fixedly connecting theanchoring rods in the U-shaped splicing segments to be spliced end to end to obtain the annular pipe joint. In a pipe jacking process, splicing in the pipe joint is finished by stretched anchoring rods, and the stretched anchoring rods provide a pretightening force to the pipe joint, so that in the pipe jacking process, the inner part of the pipe joint is connected stably, and the pipe joint is stable in structure and good in integrity.
本发明提供了一种预制装配式的矩形顶管及其施工方法,涉及顶管工程技术领域,其中施工方法包括如下步骤:S1,预制U型拼接段;U型拼接段具有两个相互平行的臂,两个臂内设有贯穿相应臂的通道;S2,拼接所述U型拼接段组成管节;具体是:将多个所述U型拼接段依次进行首尾拼接,得到闭合结构的管节;S3,拼接所述管节组成顶管;其中,首尾拼接具体是:向每个通道内插入锚固棒,将要进行首尾拼接的多个U型拼接段内的锚固棒进行固接,即可得到环形的管节。本发明在顶管过程中,管节内部的拼接由被张拉的锚固棒完成,张拉后的锚固棒向管节提供一个预紧力,使得在顶管的过程中,管节内部连接稳固,管节结构稳定,整体性良好。
