Inkjet brick manufacturing process
The invention aims to provide the manufacturing process of the ink-jet brick which is free of corrugations on the glaze surface, complete in pattern, good in color development and high in color saturation. The method sequentially comprises a raw material crushing process, an ingredient grinding process, a slurry homogenizing process, a spray drying process, a stock bin aging process, a pressure forming process, a glazing process, an ink jet process and a sintering process, wherein the glazing process comprises the following steps: spraying cover glaze on the surface of a green body prepared by the pressure forming process; during spraying, the cover glaze is uniformly sprayed at three time intervals according to the total amount of the cover glaze; wherein the cover glaze comprises the following components in parts by mass: 46-56 parts of high-temperature potassium feldspar, 19-24 parts of quartz, 15-20 parts of barium carbonate, 1.5-3 parts of calcined zinc oxide and 8-13 parts of black mud. The method is applied to the technical field of building ceramic production.
本发明旨在提供一种釉面无波纹、图案完整、发色好且色彩饱和度高的喷墨砖制造工艺。本发明包括依次进行原料粉碎工序、配料研磨工序、泥浆均化工序、喷雾干燥工序、料仓陈腐工序、加压成型工序、施釉工序、喷墨工序以及烧成工序,所述施釉工序包括以下步骤:对所述加压成型工序制得的坯体表面进行面釉的喷施,喷施时根据面釉的总量均匀分为三次间隔时间进行面釉喷施;其中,所述面釉包含以下质量份的成分:高温钾长石46‑56份、石英19‑24份、碳酸钡15‑20份、煅烧氧化锌1.5‑3份和黑泥8‑13份。本发明应用于建筑陶瓷生产的技术领域。
