Method for accelerating curing forming of polyurethane pavement and polyurethane pavement
The invention provides a method for accelerating curing forming of a polyurethane pavement and the polyurethane pavement. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining a polyurethane mixture; preheating an ironing plate of the paver; paving the polyurethane mixture by using the paver, and performing primary heating by using a preheated screed plate at the same time to obtain a paving surface; performing primary rolling on the paving surface to obtain a rolled surface; heating the rolled surface again, and then carrying out secondary rolling to obtain a flat surface; and after primary curing is conducted on the flat surface, spraying treatment is conducted, and the polyurethane pavement is obtained. The method is simple, reliable and easy to operate, and the purpose of accelerated curing forming of the polyurethane pavement can be achieved. Moreover, the curing effect of the polyurethane pavement is good, the curing period of the polyurethane pavement is greatly shortened, the predicted curing period can be shortened to 11-17 h and is shortened by about 75% compared with the existing curing period, and the applicability of the polyurethane pavement is remarkably improved.
本发明提供一种加速聚氨酯路面固化成型的方法以及聚氨酯路面。该方法包括以下步骤：获取聚氨酯混合料；对摊铺机的熨平板进行预热；利用所述摊铺机对所述聚氨酯混合料进行摊铺，同时利用预热的熨平板进行一次加热，得到摊铺面；对所述摊铺面进行一次碾压，得到碾压面；对所述碾压面进行再次加热后，再进行二次碾压，得到平整面；对所述平整面进行一次养生后，进行喷雾处理，得到聚氨酯路面。本发明的方法简单可靠，易操作，能够实现聚氨酯路面加速固化成型的目的。并且，本发明的聚氨酯路面的固化效果好，大幅缩短聚氨酯路面的养生龄期，预计养生龄期可缩短至11～17h，相比现有养生龄期缩短了75％左右，显著提升了聚氨酯路面的适用性。
