The invention mainly comprises a two-component polyurethane binder and a carborundum aggregate, wherein the mass ratio of the two-component polyurethane binder to the carborundum aggregate is 1: (4-6) when the two-component polyurethane binder and the carborundum aggregate are used; the bi-component polyurethane adhesive is composed of polymethyl polyphenyl isocyanate and polyether which are independently packaged, and the bi-component polyurethane adhesive is uniformly mixed according to the mass ratio of 1: 1 when in use. According to the method, the stress and deformation of the steel bridge deck structure can be effectively reduced, and the stress and interlayer cohesiveness can be improved in a light composite bridge deck pavement simulation scheme.
