Emergency drying device for road marking
The invention discloses a road marking emergency drying device which comprises a drying box, a plurality of electric heating plates, two air inlet and outlet discs, a drying cylinder and an inner baffle, the plurality of electric heating plates are installed on the upper surface of the interior of the drying box and are evenly distributed, and crawler-type sealing gaskets are located on the inner walls of the two sides of the drying box. The drying cylinder and the air inlet and outlet discs are installed above the drying box, and the two air inlet and outlet discs are located at the two ends of the drying cylinder. Through rotatable annular rubber sealing belts arranged on the two sides of the drying box, the drying box can slide on the ground, so that loss of high-temperature air in the drying box is effectively reduced, it is guaranteed that the temperature in the drying box is stable, marking lines are dried through heating of an electric heating plate, and the drying efficiency is improved. And then the circulating fan is used for driving the air to circularly flow, so that the evaporated water is absorbed by the drying agent, and therefore, the normal-temperature water-based performance can be dried within an extremely short time, and the passing of a road is prevented from being greatly influenced.
