The invention provides a temporary construction method of a temporary steel bridge, which comprises the following steps of: excavating earthwork at the position of the temporary steel bridge to be constructed to form a foundation pit, and forming a downwards inclined slope on the side wall of the foundation pit; driving a plurality of steel pipe piles on the bottom surface of the foundation pit close to the slope at intervals, and fixing the temporary steel bridge at the tops of the steel pipe piles; a plurality of stand columns are arranged on the outer sides of the steel pipe piles and vertically arranged in the middle of the slope at intervals, and a plurality of connecting plates are fixedly connected to the temporary steel bridge and the stand columns; fixing the baffle on the side part of the steel pipe pile close to the upright post, and backfilling earthwork between the baffle and the slope to form a backfilling layer. The stand columns and the steel pipe piles are arranged in the soil body, the baffles and the connecting plates are arranged on the side portions of the temporary steel bridge, then earthwork is backfilled between the foundation pit and the baffles to form the backfilling layer, the temporary steel bridge is fixedly connected, the temporary steel bridge can be dismounted by directly pulling out the stand columns and the steel pipe piles from the earthwork subsequently, and the building and dismounting efficiency of the temporary steel bridge is improved.
本发明提供了一种钢便桥的临时搭建方法,包括如下步骤:于开挖待搭建钢便桥的位置的土方以形成基坑,基坑的侧壁形成有向下倾斜的斜坡;于基坑的底面靠近斜坡的位置间隔打设若干钢管桩,将钢便桥固定于钢管桩的顶部;于钢管桩的外侧且竖直向斜坡中间隔打设若干立柱,将若干连接板固定连接于钢便桥和立柱;将挡板固定于钢管桩靠近立柱的侧部,于挡板和斜坡之间回填土方以形成回填层。本发明通过于土体内设置立柱和钢管桩,于钢便桥的侧部设置挡板和连接板,进而于基坑和挡板之间回填土方形成回填层,从而固定连接钢便桥,且后续直接自土方中拔出立柱和钢管桩即可拆下钢便桥,提高了钢便桥的搭建和拆除效率。
