The invention discloses a construction method for prefabricated segmental beam construction under complex working conditions, the construction method is based on a segmental assembly bridge girder erection machine, and the segmental assembly bridge girder erection machine comprises a main frame, a front auxiliary supporting leg, a rear auxiliary supporting leg, two middle supporting legs, a first main crown block, a second main crown block and two auxiliary crown blocks. The construction method comprises the steps that prestressed concrete box girders to be erected are concentrated on a special girder manufacturing field to be prefabricated in a segmented mode, then the prestressed concrete box girders are conveyed to a bridge construction site and fed into the belly of a bridge erecting machine from a rear span, and T-structure suspension splicing operation is conducted on a middle pier. According to the construction method, crown block transverse movement and hanging transverse movement are matched with each other to adapt to erection of a curve beam with a smaller radius, and a supporting leg transverse movement and rotation mode is adopted to adapt to erection construction of a small-curve-section bridge.
