Reinforcing method for concrete floor slab with seriously rusted reinforcing steel bars
The invention discloses a reinforcing method for a concrete floor with seriously rusted reinforcing steel bars. A to-be-reinforced plate is unloaded; a plaster layer and a protective layer at the bottom of the to-be-reinforced plate are chiseled away, a corrosion layer of steel bars in the plate is removed, and a corrosion inhibitor is brushed; newly-added floor slab steel bars are implanted into the beams; a valve hole is formed in the bottom of the template, and a pouring valve is mounted; a formwork is erected, and a vertical supporting mechanism comprising a lifting threaded rod is installed on the lower portion of the formwork; arranging an infrared measuring scale to monitor displacement deformation of the bottom of the template; connecting a grouting material pipe through a valve, connecting the grouting material pipe into a pressure pump, closing the valve after the grouting material is poured to the designed thickness, and taking down the grouting material pipe; after the grouting material is initially set, the template is synchronously and integrally moved upwards by adjusting the screw rod; after the grouting material is maintained to the designed age, the vertical supporting mechanism is removed; grouting materials from the grouting valve to the plate bottom are scraped to be flat. The reinforcing method does not need to dismantle a decoration layer on the upper portion of the floor slab, and is short in operation period, quick in effect, simple in construction process, small in influence on an original reinforced concrete slab, environment-friendly, economical and applicable.
一种钢筋严重锈蚀的混凝土楼板加固方法,对待加固板进行卸载;凿除待加固板底抹灰层和保护层,除去板内钢筋的锈蚀层,刷阻锈剂;在梁上植入新增楼板钢筋;模板底部开设阀门洞,并安装浇注阀门;支设模板,在模板下部安装包含可升降螺纹杆的竖向支撑机构;布置红外测量尺,监测模板底部位移变形;通过阀门接入灌浆料管,灌浆料管接入加压泵,浇注灌浆料至设计厚度后关闭阀门,取下灌浆料管;待灌浆料初凝后,通过调整螺杆使模板同步整体上移;养护灌浆料至设计龄期后撤除竖向支撑机构;削平灌浆阀门至板底的灌浆料。该加固方法不需要拆除楼板上部的装修层,其作业工期短、见效快、施工工艺简单、对原钢筋混凝土板影响小,环保、经济、适用。
