The invention discloses a preparation method of a water-based crystalline permeable super-hydrophobic organic silicon emulsion. The preparation method comprises the following steps: diluting water-based hydrogen-containing silicone oil with a certain solid content by using deionized water according to a certain concentration and stirring at a constant speed by using a homogenizing stirrer; adding a water-based nano silicon catalyst and an n-octylene solution into the stirred solution, and continuously stirring until a milky-white pasty saturated state is achieved, so as to prepare water-based organic silicon paste; adding hydrophobic terminated silicon modified waterborne polyurethane into the obtained waterborne organic silicon synthetic paste, and obtaining the waterborne organic silicon synthetic paste in a continuous stirring state; adding water into the water-based organic silicon synthetic paste according to a certain adding ratio, and stirring to obtain a crystal permeable super-hydrophobic organic silicon concentrated emulsion; and adding a water-based additive into the super-hydrophobic organic silicon concentrated emulsion, and uniformly stirring to obtain the water-based crystalline permeable super-hydrophobic organic silicon emulsion. The invention also provides a preparation method and application of the water-based crystalline permeable super-hydrophobic organic silicon emulsion.
本发明公开了一种水性结晶渗透型超疏水有机硅乳液的制备方法，其包括以下步骤：将一定固含量的水性含氢硅油按照一定的浓度用去离子水边稀释边用均质搅拌机匀速搅拌；将水性纳米硅催化剂和正辛烯溶液加入到上述搅拌液中，通过不间断的搅拌至达到一种乳白膏状饱和状态，制得水性有机硅膏；在得到的水性有机硅合成膏中加入疏水封端硅改性的水性聚氨酯，在不断搅拌状态下得到水性有机硅合成膏；将水按照一定的添加比加入到水性有机硅合成膏中搅拌制得结晶渗透型的超疏水有机硅浓缩乳液；将水性助剂加入到超疏水有机硅浓缩乳液中搅拌均匀得到水性结晶渗透型超疏水有机硅乳液。本发明同时提供了水性结晶渗透型超疏水有机硅乳液的制备方法及其应用。
