The invention provides an elevation-adjustable roadbed structure and an adjusting method thereof.The elevation-adjustable roadbed structure comprises a jacking raft arranged between a supporting layer and a foundation bed bottom layer, and one or more jacking units are arranged between the jacking raft and the foundation bed bottom layer; the jacking raft comprises a structural layer with a certain thickness and has certain bending strength and punching strength. According to the elevation-adjustable roadbed structure disclosed by the invention, the roadbed is divided into an upper part and a lower part by pre-embedding the jacking raft plate, when the roadbed is subjected to settlement deformation, the jacking raft plate is lifted, and the lower part of the jacking raft plate is filled with light foam soil as a filling layer, so that the settlement deformation of the roadbed is compensated; when a roadbed arches upwards and deforms, the falling adjustment operation of the track structure is achieved by removing a filling layer with a certain thickness below the jacking raft, and a convenient maintenance operation means is formed by organically combining structural measures and a height adjusting technology. The problems of deformation control, maintenance and renovation after construction of the ballastless track roadbed of the high-speed railway are fundamentally solved.
本发明提出了一种高程可调整路基结构及其调整方法,其中,所述高程可调整路基结构包括设置在支承层及基床底层之间的顶升筏板,在所述顶升筏板及基床底层之间设置有一个或多个顶升单元,其中所述顶升筏板包括一定厚度的结构层,且具备一定的抗弯强度以及抗冲切强度。本发明的高程可调整路基结构,通过预埋顶升筏板将路基分为上下两个部分:当路基发生沉降变形时,采用抬升顶升筏板,并在顶升筏板的下方填充轻质泡沫土作为填充层,实现对路基沉降变形的补偿;当路基发生上拱变形时,通过清除顶升筏板下方一定厚度的填充层的方式,实现对轨道结构下落调整作业,并通过结构措施和调高技术有机结合形成一种便捷的维护作业手段,从根本上解决高速铁路无砟轨道路基工后变形控制和维护整治难题。
