Building foundation system with adjustable elevation and elevation control method
The invention discloses an elevation-adjustable building foundation system and an elevation control method. The elevation-adjustable building foundation system comprises a building bottom plate, a lower foundation, an adjustable support, an automatic settlement real-time monitoring system and a jacking system. The adjustable support is located between a building bottom plate and a lower foundation and used for supporting the building bottom plate and transmitting loads to the lower foundation. The automatic settlement real-time monitoring system is used for monitoring the settlement amount of the building bottom plate in real time and transmitting related information to the jacking system; the jacking system is linked with the automatic settlement real-time monitoring system to realize controllable jacking of the building bottom plate, and a jacking target is a designed elevation before settlement or a preset target elevation; after the automatic settlement real-time monitoring system monitors settlement of the building bottom plate, the jacking system is used for jacking partial or all the building bottom plate, then the length of the adjustable support is adjusted and locked, the adjustable support is made to be matched with the distance between the building bottom plate and the lower foundation, and automatic settlement control over the building is completed.
