The invention discloses a double-skin outer wall structure of an assembled and synthesized building and a construction method of the double-skin outer wall structure. The double-skin outer wall structure comprises a prefabricated inner wall body (1) on the inner side, a prefabricated outer wall body (2) on the outer side and a cast-in-place reinforced concrete layer (3) located between the prefabricated inner wall body (1) and the prefabricated outer wall body (2). A plurality of protruding columns (11) protruding outwards are fixedly arranged on the outer side face of the prefabricated inner wall body (1), and first connecting pieces (4) are embedded in the protruding columns (11). A pit (21) is formed in the position, corresponding to the protruding column (11), of the outer side face of the prefabricated outer wall body (2), and a second connecting piece (5) is installed at the pit (21). The first connecting piece (4) and the second connecting piece (5) are connected with each other so that the prefabricated inner wall body (1) and the prefabricated outer wall body (2) can be connected together. According to the double-skin outer wall structure of the assembled and synthesized building, the construction procedures of an outer wall on a construction site and the later repairing work of a reserved through-wall hole in a wall body are greatly reduced, integrated decoration of the surface of an inner wall of the assembled and synthesized building can be achieved, and the construction speed is increased.
