Arrangement method of high-grade biosafety laboratory enclosure structure
The setting method of the high-grade biosafety laboratory enclosure structure comprises the steps that a galvanized steel sheet is laid on a reinforced concrete floor according to a ground line, and an anti-skid base plate is laid between the galvanized steel sheet and the reinforced concrete floor; a galvanized steel sheet ground rail is laid along the upper portion of the center line of the laid galvanized steel sheet, the galvanized steel sheet ground rail and the galvanized steel sheet are connected in a welded mode, and then the galvanized steel sheet ground rail and the galvanized steel sheet are fixed to the reinforced concrete floor through bolts; a self-compacting concrete cushion layer is laid on the ground of the laboratory area, and meanwhile self-leveling is poured in the galvanized steel sheet ground rail; the steel plate wall body is fixed into the galvanized steel plate ground rail, and gaps between the steel plate wall body and the galvanized steel plate ground rail are in full-length welding connection; sequentially laying all the steel plate walls, and then laying a PVC floor on the ground of a laboratory; a ground fillet is laid between the PVC floor and the steel plate wall body; and after all the ground fillets and the steel plate wall body are laid, connecting seams between the ground fillets and the steel plate wall body are sealed.
本发明高等级生物安全实验室围护结构的设置方法,步骤:依据地面划线在钢筋混凝土楼板上铺设镀锌钢板,镀锌钢板与钢筋混凝土楼板之间铺垫防滑垫板;沿铺设的镀锌钢板的中心线上部铺设镀锌钢板地轨,镀锌钢板地轨与镀锌钢板之间进行焊接连接,后将镀锌钢板地轨与镀锌钢板通过螺栓固定到钢筋混凝土楼板上;将实验室区域的地面铺设自密实混凝土垫层,同时,镀锌钢板地轨中浇筑自流平;固定钢板墙体至镀锌钢板地轨中,钢板墙体和镀锌钢板地轨之间的缝隙满焊连接;依次铺设所有钢板墙体,然后实验室地面铺设PVC地板;在PVC地板和钢板墙体之间铺设地圆角;待所有地圆角与钢板墙体铺设完毕之后,地圆角与钢板墙体间的连接缝进行密封。
