The invention relates to a long-span steel box girder cable-stayed bridge liquid nitrogen constant-temperature closure device and a construction method, and the device comprises a nitrogen supply mechanism which is used for conveying liquid nitrogen into a steel box girder box chamber; the flow adjusting assembly is arranged on the conveying pipeline of the nitrogen supply mechanism and used for adjusting the liquid nitrogen conveying rate of the nitrogen supply mechanism; the temperature sensor is used for monitoring the temperature of the steel box girder; and the control system controls the conveying rate of the nitrogen supply mechanism through the flow control assembly according to data of the temperature sensor. By means of the principle of liquid nitrogen volatilization cooling, the temperature of the steel box girder can be rapidly reduced to the designed temperature, closure precision reduction caused by pushing, matched cutting and the like before closure is avoided, and damage to a main girder or a main tower structure due to the fact that the environment temperature is too high and the pushing force is too large is also avoided; and meanwhile, the temperature of the steel box girder is kept constant in the closure process, it can be guaranteed that the steel girder is not heated and deformed due to sunlight exposure in the daytime during welding after closure positioning at night, and the situation that the closure precision and quality are reduced due to the fact that positioning punching nails are sheared and broken is avoided.
