Arch rib construction process of arch bridge
The arch rib construction technology comprises the following steps that grouting openings are formed in the bottoms of the two sides of an arch rib, and an air outlet is formed in the top of the arch rib; a grouting pipe is installed at the grouting opening, and a pressurizing pipe is installed at the air outlet; concrete is poured into the cavity through the two grouting pipes, so that the concrete entering the cavity flows to the air outlet from the corresponding grouting openings until the concrete overflows from the pressurizing pipe; plugging the grouting port and the air outlet; a plurality of detection positions are arranged in the extension direction of the arch rib; judging the current compactness of the concrete in the cavity corresponding to each detection position; and when the compactness of the concrete does not meet the preset standard, an opening is formed in the outer wall of the arch rib, and concrete pouring is conducted again through the opening. According to the method, the compactness of the concrete in the cavity is detected at each detection position, the position with insufficient compactness is found out, and concrete is poured into the position with insufficient compactness again, so that the compactness is improved, and the strength of the arch rib meets the standard.
本发明公开一种拱桥的拱肋施工工艺,包括以下步骤:在拱肋的两侧底部开设灌浆口,在拱肋的顶部开设出气口;在灌浆口处安装灌浆管,并在出气口处安装增压管;通过两个灌浆管分别将混凝土灌注进空腔内,使得进入空腔内的混凝土自对应的灌浆口流向出气口,直至混凝土从增压管溢出;封堵灌浆口和出气口;沿拱肋的延伸方向设置多个检测位;判断各检测位对应的空腔内的混凝土的当前密实性;当混凝土密实性不满足预设标准时,在拱肋外壁上开设开口,并通过开口再次进行混凝土灌注。本发明通过在各检测位分别检测空腔内的混凝土密实度,将密实性不足的位置找出,并对密实性不足的位置进行再次灌注混凝土,提高其密实度,使拱肋的强度满足标准。
