Rapid construction method for fabricated straining beam stand column
The invention discloses a quick construction method for an assembly type straining beam stand column. A straining beam foundation pit is excavated, and a near-edge guardrail is arranged on the excavated foundation pit; the hoop placing height is calculated according to the design elevation of the straining beam, and the straining beam hoop is placed in place through a truck crane. Firstly hoisting the straining beam to a designed position, then hoisting the upright post in place, and mounting an upright post hoop after alignment; re-screwing the hoop bolt, and notifying the mixing plant to send materials after confirming that the hoop bolt is correct; the concrete is poured in a layered mode, the layering thickness does not exceed 30 cm, the poured concrete is tamped through an inserted vibrator, the moving distance does not exceed 1.5 times of the effective vibration radius, when vibration is conducted at each position, a vibration bar is lifted out while vibration is conducted, and after concrete pouring is completed, covering, water retention and curing are conducted for 7-10 days. When the method is adopted for construction, the local bridge construction progress is accelerated, the construction period is shortened to be one half of that of a conventional scheme, the construction progress is greatly accelerated, the work sales volume is increased, and the qualification rate of a steel bar protection layer can be greatly increased.
本发明公开了一种装配式系梁立柱快速施工方法,开挖系梁基坑,在开挖后的基坑设置临边护栏;根据系梁设计标高计算出抱箍安放高度,使用汽车吊将系梁抱箍安放到位。先吊装系梁坐落至设计位置,再吊装立柱到位,对位后安装立柱抱箍;对抱箍螺栓进行复拧,确认无误后,通知搅拌站发料;混凝土分层浇筑且分层厚度不超过30cm,浇筑混凝土采用插入式振捣器捣实且移动间距不超过有效振动半径的1.5倍,每一处振动时,边振动边提出振动棒,混凝土浇注完成后,进行7‑10天的覆盖保水养生。采用上述方法进行施工,加快对地方桥梁施工进度,施工工期缩短至常规方案的二分之一,大大提高施工进度,提高工作销量,能大幅度提高钢筋保护层的合格率。
