Production process of autoclaved aerated concrete slab
The invention discloses a production process of an autoclaved aerated concrete slab. The production process comprises the following steps: (1) burdening: burdening the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 10-20% of cement, 20-30% of lime, 60-70% of fly ash and 5-10% of aluminum powder paste; and (2) mixing: firstly, sequentially adding the raw materials according to the ratio into a stirrer for stirring, and adding some glass fibers during stirring. By adopting the production process designed by the invention, the preparation cost is low, the raw materials are easy to obtain and environment-friendly, meanwhile, glass fibers are added in the stirring process, so that the use strength of a finished product can be improved, the phenomenon of breakage is not easy to occur, and meanwhile, during pouring, by adopting a detachably designed mold, the production cost is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved. According to the cutting machine, a mold can be conveniently and rapidly disassembled, a blank does not need to be moved, then the mold is assembled at a proper pouring position, time and labor are saved, and in the cutting process, the cutting machine has a dust-free function, and breathing health of workers can be guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种蒸压加气混凝土板的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:(一)配料:其原料按照质量百分比为:水泥10‑20%、石灰20‑30%、粉煤灰60‑70%、铝粉膏5‑10%;(二)混合:首先将上述配比原料依次投入搅拌机中进行搅拌,且在搅拌的时候加入一些玻璃纤维。通过采用本发明设计的生产工艺,其制备成本低廉,且原料容易获得和环保,同时通过在搅拌的过程中加入了玻璃纤维,能够增加成品的使用强度,不容易发生断裂的现象,同时在浇筑的时候,通过采用可拆卸式设计的模具,能够方便快速的将模具进行拆卸,不需要对胚体进行移动,然后再选择合适的浇注位置进行装配模具即可,省时省力,且在切割的过程中,其切割机具备的无尘功能,能够保证工作人员的呼吸健康。
