The invention discloses a construction device integrating automatic locking, walking and lifting. The construction device comprises a lithium battery, a protective cover, a lifting mechanism, a locking mechanism, a walking mechanism, a rack, a positioning mechanism and a guide mechanism. The lithium battery is arranged on one side in the protective cover, connected with the lifting mechanism, the locking mechanism and the walking mechanism and used for supplying power to the lifting mechanism, the locking mechanism and the walking mechanism. A rack is arranged at the bottom in the protective cover; the lifting mechanism is connected with the locking mechanism and used for driving the locking mechanism to descend or ascend. The locking mechanism is used for locking or dismounting rail fastener spike bolts through descending of the lifting mechanism; the walking mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the rack in the moving direction along the single-line track and used for driving the device to move along the single-line track. The positioning mechanism is fixed on the rack and is used for adjusting the matching relation with the single-line track from front and back and up and down; the guide mechanisms are fixed to the four corners of the bottom of the rack and used for clamping the single-line track during walking.
